How to crochet askew puff stitch - Embroidered Tutorial
- In this DROPS video we show you have to crochet askew puff stitches.
Cast on an odd number of chain stitches + 2 chain stitches. In the video we have 13 + 2chain stitches.
ROW 1: Insert the crochet hook into the 3rd chain stitch from hook, pick up yarn and pull it through, yarn over and insert the crochet hook into the same stich, pick up yarn and pull it through, yarn over and insert the crochet hook In the same stitch, pick up yarn and pull it through = 6 sts on hook. Yarn over and pull thread through all 6 sts, 1 chain stitch = 1st puff stitch.

Yarn over and pull the thread through all 6 stitches and work 1 chain stitch *, repeat * - * all the row = 7 puff stitches that turn the other way. Turn.
ROW 3: Change color and repeat row 2 to desired measurement.
